Job Responsibility:

Your role is to envision an iPhone game from start to finish, and bring it to life with the help of artists and programmers. A game designer’s main responsibilities may include and are not limited to:
* Define game-play mechanics and level design through game concept, design, interface and story board documents
* Design each level of the game
* Communicate and management of a team of artists and programmers to ensure the creative vision is fulfilled
* Collaborate with lead designers and other team members to bring innovative ideas and concepts and solve existing design issues.
* Leverage on benchmarks, competition research and user game tests to maximize the game’s mass market appeal
* Strive for quality at each moment of the creation process until the very final version of the game

Job Requirements:
* The candidate must be able to create a feasible game model, based on a variety of tools and methods and through executable ideas
* Experience in mobile or iPhone game design, from concept to finish
* Solid knowledge of MS office and design tools
* Passionate and enthusiastic about 2D and 3D video games in a wide variety of genres
* The ability to document ideas, concepts, and technical design in a format that is easy for all team members to understand
* Thorough understanding of human psychology behind game mechanics, and of commercial appeal to the general public
* The ability to work with a team, to convey visions, and motivate team members.
* Experience of game design on AAA mobile games or iPhone games and commercially successful games is a plus.
