• Lead Gallup’s consulting business in New Zealand.
• Assist organisations to improve their performance by fully leveraging Gallup’s highly respected research and sciences in Employee and Customer Engagement, Behavioural Economics and Strengths Based Leadership.
• Lead a team of Gallup professionals to deliver excellence in client projects.
• Collaborate with Gallup’s Partner Group to grow Gallup’s relationships and business opportunities.

Gallup is looking for a sophisticated, engaging senior consultant with a keen ability to think strategically, listen to and understand clients’ needs. Through strong partnerships and utilising your knowledge and experience in employee engagement, organisational development and/or brand and customer strategies, you can create organisational change and improve clients’ performance.

You will be a talented manager of people and processes, able to meet the solution delivery expectations of clients’ portfolios while meeting internal growth and profit expectations. As the primary client contact on all aspects of account direction and service delivery, you will play a critical role in day-to-day client communication.

You must be able to exhibit excellent communication strengths, as well as outstanding detail orientation, time management and prioritisation skills.

Requirements
• Applicants must have at least five years of relevant consulting or industry experience in employee engagement, organisational development, talent management, brand and customer strategies or market research with a track record of successful consulting engagements with executives in top organisations.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is essential but a Master’s Degree or an MBA is preferred.
• Applicants must have a relevant work permit in New Zealand.
