Key Responsibilities:
• To review and define all Nationwide BSS/UTRAN design requirements to support all radio assumptions and cell design, of all BTS/NodeB configurations.
• To produce a Network BSC/RNC plan to support the above network and taking into account future network requirements.
• Support Network Rollout team in there Rollout objectives
• Support and Interface with the radio Planning and Optimization team in meeting their objectives
• Support and Interface with the Network Planning teams and to ensure a end to end sensible design is achieved.
• Interface with the transmission engineer planning team to ensure future roof dimensioning of the BSS / Utran network is achieved.
• To ensure an up to date BSS Network database is maintained.
• To perform on the job training for all subordinates and maintain an Organizational Chart for your discipline.
• To ensure a succession plan.
• To ensure 100% SOX compliant for any process related to the activities of the department

Job Requirement:
• GSM, cellular technologies, project management, basic financial understanding, excellent tracking skills
• Atleast 5yrs of Mobile radio telecommunications experience.
• Flexible and can work independently under time pressure
• Good Command of English-written and spoken and computer skills
• Good planning/time management skill
