MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICAITONS
• Min 2+ years IT sales experience selling services
• Min 2+ years experience working in the information technology industry within the past 6 years
• Current knowledge of the customer support services industry
• Strong presentation and communications skills experience with Mid-Level and above management
Experience with internal and external customer relationship management
* Negotiations skills
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Strong written communication skills
* Conflict management
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to cope effectively with change, risk and uncertainty
* High Computer literacy
