HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PROJECTS (HK$1M+P.A.)

· Research and establish pay policy and philosophy for the Group. Design and review a global grading system.
· Evaluate and propose compensation and benefits programmes from long term incentives, insurance and benefits, sales incentive, global mobility package.
· Participate in compensation survey in Europe, US and Asia regions. Coordinate the process. Propose market competitive compensation and benefits policies for the group. Manage the annual salary review, bonus plan for general staff to executives.
· Plan and monitor the rollout of HR programmes and its communication to staff
· Support pre-opening of new hotels, C&B, Policy and procedures. Partner with Talent development team.
· Participate in other HR projects.

KPMG EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT (K EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT LTD)
Based in Hong Kong (regional HQ) and reporting to the Human Resources Director, the appointee is responsible for HR projects related to Compensation and Benefits and other programmes which will be rolled to hotels operating in different countries which include pre-opening and planning.

Experience Requirement
· Degree graduate with at least 10 years human resources experience. Previous work experience must be with a major international hotel operator on a regional level. Overseas work experience is required.
· Excellent written and spoken English as the appointee will prepare the business plans and HR proposals and present to the group senior management.
· In addition to a friendly and people oriented environment, the group provides international job exposure and HR business partner exposure in addition to the specialist responsibility.
