RELIABILITY MANAGER, ELECTRONICS DESIGN (Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities :
* Handle and solve reliability and quality assurance issue for Group electronics projects
* Provide professional advice about the manufacturability, testability, thermal issue, reliability, safety (UL/IEC), EMC, FCC in PCB layout and PCBA design
* Propose reliability / abnormal tests strategy to motor control in loaded situation according to the end-product
* Prepare failure analysis in any product quality tests with a well-defined schedule and required resources; Evaluate the life-test data by statistical tools.
* Propose reliabiloty evaluation plans in all R&D stages by collaborating Failure Mode, Effects,and using Root Cause Failure Analysis;
* Co-ordinate actions with engineering team / production teams to identify short-term and long term issue
* Develop company reliability policies, process and procedures

Requirements :
* Bachelor or above in Electronics / Electrical / Computing Engineering
* Demonstrate effective handling skill providing reliability related idea in early phase circuit and PCBA design
* Capable to identify and solve R&D prototyping problem
* Familiar with power electronics, analog and digital circuit, firmware and circuit simulations
* Experience in delivering world-class PCBA and consumer products reliability testing schemes and plans
* Familiar with evaluation tools for reliability and life test
* Experience with Automotive industry will be advantegous
* Good spoken and written English, Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred.
