Survey/Project Coordinator – Australia

Albatross Global Solutions is looking for a Survey/Project Coordinator to help coordinate operations in Australia.

We would prefer if the Survey Coordinator lived in Sydney or Melbourne. The Coordinator will be in charge of operations all across Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

* Recruit Mystery Shoppers/Brand Auditors
* Help Train Mystery Shoppers on specific projects
* Coordinate the schedule and ensure timely delivery of surveys
* Help contact Mystery Shoppers for any clarifications on the survey
* Proofread over the surveys to make sure they are consistent and of high quality
* Distribute payment to each Mystery Shopper

Skills we are looking for:

* able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* able to multi-task
* good presentation skills
* excellent communication skills

This is a part time job that can eventually turn into a full time and permanent job depending on your performance.
