ACCOUNTANT (Based in Perth)
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all accounting and finance functions of Perth office
* To independently maintain full set of accounts
* Responsible for monthly and year-end closing of accounts and audit schedules
* Liaising with external auditors during yearly audit
* Handle the payroll function of Perth office
* Undertake any other accounting or financial assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

* Min. a degree or a professional qualification in Accountancy
* At least 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
* Mature personality
* Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Meticulous, dedicated and strong organizing and problem solving skills
* Ability to join immediately preferable

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Based in Perth)
Reporting to the Country Manager

Job Responsibilities:
* Mainly to provide office administrative support for the Perth office including maintaining a good document filing and control system for commercial contract documents, drawings, certification dossiers and customers’ database
* Travel and hotel arrangements

Job Requirements:

* Min. Diploma of a relevant discipline
* Min. 2 years experience in a similar capacity
* Pleasant disposition with strong document management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
