A Quantity Surveyor is sought for a Multi Discipline Consultancy through various offices covering 11 countries worldwide. They are frequently associated with the worlds leading Construction projects around the globe.

Main Accountabilities
- Commercial control of subcontract packages.
- Preparing design brief documents for Civil/Highway Works
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Production of Final Accounts.
- Cost analysis
- Measurement and valuation.
- Manage Subcontract Order Documentation & Accounts.

· Working hours 8.30-5.30pm Mon – Friday

Pre-requisites:
- Degree/Diploma from the building sector
- Minimum 2/3 years’ relevant experience
- Demonstrate good negotiation skills
- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
