Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
* XML / Microsoft / PHP certifications a plus
* work experience building and tuning database-driven websites
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Relational Databases (RDBMS)
* Fast learner; capable of continuous update of technological skills
* Advance technical skills in coding PHP in various frameworks
* Matured and responsible

Responsibilities:
* Develop web pages based on business requirements and functional specifications provided by the project manager
* Configuration of web pages for internet affiliate marketing and search engine optimization
* Provide accurate estimates of time and work required for each task – Level Of Effort (LOE) Estimation
* Database Design, normalization of tables
* Software Architecture Design
* Installation and configuration third party website components and applications such as Google Analytics, DART, Website Optimizer etc.
* Develop bug fixes based QA results
* Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of technical issues and escalate issues to project manager
* Web server configuration and deployment of codes on production server

Skills & Experience:
* Advanced technical skills in PHP (4 and 5), MySQL, XML, Ajax and Java Script
* Experience working on various PHP frameworks and knowledge in Object Oriented Programming, familiarity with Java an advantage
* Experience in development e-Commerce sites, shopping carts and configuration of payment gateways
* Knowledge in e-Commerce website security and securing codes from phishing, hacking and SQL injections
* Experience working in project teams and execution of tasks based on functional specifications and business requirements provided by the project manager
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and solve complex technical problems
* Ability to remain highly organized while working on multiple projects
