Technical Support Representatives
Position Requirements:

* Preferably graduate of any four year course
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Knowledge in any of the following: Digital Devices, DSL and internet connection, HTML and XML, Postage meters

Technical Support Professional
Position Requirements:

* University degree preferably on Computer applications, ECE, IT, Computer Engineering or an equivalent experience in troubleshooting email and internet connection
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Knowledge in any of the following: Networking, Voice over IP (VOIP)
* CISCO knowledge is a plus but not required
