STRATEGIC KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (Urgent Hiring!!)
Kimberly – Clark Philippines Inc.
* The Strategic Key Accounts Manager is responsible for maximizing the company’s Consumer Sales business in large Global/Regional/Local customers by developing & executing effective customer business plans, providing & maintaining excellent customer relationship management
* This position is responsible for the achievement of sales targets of assigned customers; accountable for the trade investment management and implementation of in-store promotion & merchandising activities
* The position reports to the National Key Accounts Manager
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, Sales & Marketing, Economics, Commerce or other related courses.
* Work experience of 5 years with minimum 3 years in FMCG, managing a major customer/account.
* Strong competency with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) are required.
* Incumbents must have a good level of analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and communicate with enthusiasm and impact.
* Experience in Category Development or Marketing role is desirable for this position.
* At least 2 years previous experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.
* A 4- year college degree—preferably in a business-related course.
* Demonstrated competence and success in prior sales assignment; initiative, flexibility, patience and personal integrity are absolute requirements.
* Fluent in oral and written communication.
* Computer literate.
* With professional driver’s license.
* Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao
