Anino Games is a Filipino independent game developer specializing in full game development for the PC, Nintendo DS/DSi, and mobile phone platforms. We are the pioneering game development studio in the Philippines with award-winning IP such as Anito: Defend A Land Enraged (Best in Sound, IGF 2004), Anito: Tersiago’s Wrath (Nokia Series60 Challenge, Singapore 2004), Anima Wars (Best in Connectivity, IMGA 2006), Deep Interactive Pursuit (Best Casual Game nominee, IMGA 2007 Awards), and Word Archery (Finalist, Indie Game Showcase 2007).

Position Purpose:
To work on technologies and tools to develop games for the Nintendo DS/DSi and Wii, mobile phone and Iphone, PC and Mac.

Job Summary
· Ideal candidate will work on technologies and tools to develop games for the Nintendo DS/DSi and Wii, mobile phone and iPhone, PC and Mac.
· Assist in the development and improvement of different game platform engines.

Job Responsibilities
· Full cycle development responsibilities: design, documentation, implementation, testing, and maintenance of code
· Development of technical design specifications and implementation plan.
· Performance analysis and performance optimization of code.
· Design, develop, and debug quality code.
· Works with testers, designers, artists, and other personnel involved in the development of the products.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
· 1+ years experience in game development and has shipped 1 or more game titles
· Experience in low-level and high-level programming especially in the area of graphics and performance optimization
· Demonstrated knowledge of good software engineering practices
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Self-motivated and passionate about video games.
· Team player
