Inbound Telesales for a Travel Account – SYKES

Position Requirements:

* At least 2nd year college
* Call center sales experience required
* Experience in travel support environment is an advantage
* Can effectively turn customer inquiries into sales.
* Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals.
* Accurately answer general travel and site related questions.
* Willing to work in Quezon City
* Willing to work in shifting schedule
