Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Psychology / Industrial PSychology / HRM / Behavioral Science
• MA is not required but is an advantage
• with atleast 3 years in HR relevant work experience with 2 years in Managerial . Supervisory capacity
• proficient in Computer application
• Good in Oral and written communication skills, knowledgeable in lAbor Law
• Can work under pressure

Summary Of Responsibilities:

The Human resources Officer is responsible for managing the Human Resources of the college by developing, implementing and evaluating programs, plans, policies and procedures designed towards the integral formation of employees and to promote an organizational climate conducive to productive work.
