Technical Knowledge, Processes and Procedures
- Able to process large volumes of work.
- Be a point of reference for standard automated cases.
- Ensure work allocated is carried out in accordance with:
– Practice guidelines.
– Documented operating procedures.
– Quality standards.
– Performance / Service standards
- Ensure all work is logged onto and processed through WorkBench.
- Must be able to work to a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor own workflow via WorkBench to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Assist in more complex / project work when required.
- Build and maintain technical, procedures and client knowledge through experience.
- Challenge procedures to identify own training needs and process improvements, and pass recommendations to Team Leader.
- Communicate with the Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs e.g. automation, full use of standard products.

Team Responsibilities/Management Responsibilities
- Understand your role in the team.
- Encourage teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas and solutions.
- Contribute to associate training and development.

Qualifications
- Degree holder of any business, arts, or computer course
- At least 1 year related work experience in Data Processing
- Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to start immediately
- Location will be in TAGUIG, The Fort
- Rate: PHP10,500
