Responsibilities:
• Monitors, files and sees that all issues forwarded to the LYB Unit are attended to
• Responsible for card management, ensuring that all stores are properly allocated with member kits and coordinates with supplier on card production
• Prepares all reports required by the CRM Unit
• Evaluates statistical reports and prepares periodic evaluation reports on customer/member activities, transactions, demography, psychography, etc.
• Study source data that may cause problems and downstreams, spot patterns and trends
• Build new reports or modify existing ones that may answer longstanding business questions
• Present reports that elicit good questions and leaves no doubts
• Implement simple procedures within his/her team for fast and efficient management and organization of data
Requirements:
• Graduate of any of the following courses: Industrial/Civil Engineering, BS Statistics, BS Math
• High ability to analyze membership data to formulate strategic marketing direction
• Solid B2B/B2C membership programs experience
• Previous membership marketing experience customer retention and recruitment/ loyalty program experience
• Customer focus/service oriented, analytical mind, well-organized, outgoing and presentable
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Tagalog
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and well organized
