Fresh Insite is a full service web development company catering to clients in the US, Australia and UK. We create innovative fresh ideas and convey a clients marketing message in the best possible way through a website.

Responsibilities :
- Directly interface with client to clarify requirements about project and pass these requirements on to Operations.
- Efficiently manage and organize projects
- Able to communicate really well with clients
- Ultimately be responsible in effectively and efficiently satisfying clients by finishing projects on time
- Handling clients witrh a customer service focus

Requirements :
- graduate of any related course
- Work experience of at least 1 year
- love for custromer service
- very good decision making skills
- ability to handle multiple projects and keep cool under pressure
- commitment to excellence
- must be willing to work long hours to satisfy client expectation
- Knowledge of web development is preferred although not required
