QUALIFICATIONS:

* Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
* Minimum of 4 years experience in maintenance operation of mechanical system / equipment and other facilities
* With background in banking facilities, residential and/or commercial properties
* Willing to work on shifting schedule and hands-on experience in engineering related works
