JOB DESCRIPTION:
* reports to the Admin & Finance Officer
* responsible for generating financial reports in a timely manner
* prepares bi-monthly payroll
* preparation & filing of individual withholding taxes
* in-charge of inventory of fixed assets & maintenance of a Fixed Asset registry
* in-charge of supplies & materials inventory
* prepares bank reconciliations
* prepares journal & check vouchers
* verifies liquidation reports, replenishment of funds, collection report
* conducts surprise cash counts
* provides general admin support to the Admin & Finance Officer
