JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for proper bookkeeping and preparation of adjusting entries, trial balances and financial statements of the company and its direct subsidiaries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Records and/or encodes all transactions to the computerized Accounting System, to include cash disbursements, cash receipts and journal books.
2. Analyzes various accounts, such advances, payables and receivables.
3. Prints trial balance and GL Listing using the computerized GL system.
4. Prepares monthly financial statements with supporting schedules for the monthly board meetings.
5. Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
6. Establishes, maintains and coordinates implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
7. Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least one (1) year bookkeeping experience.
2. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
3. With very good oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
4. Computer proficient using Microsoft Office.
