ERM HONG KONG seeks an exceptional individual to join as a Consultant in our Marine Science and Ecology team in Hong Kong. The role will be specifically to take a lead on hydrodynamic and water quality modeling Projects in Hong Kong, China and throughout the Asia Pacific region.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and energetic; they will be persuasive communicators (both verbal and written) who are comfortable in dealing with management and operators at all levels. Ideally you will have an aptitude for numerical modeling and environmental water chemistry. Experience of marine modeling of hydrodynamics and water quality parameters in two- and three-dimensional models is very desirable. You have to apply the models to rivers, lakes, reservoirs, estuaries, and coastal water bodies and provide report sections on the applications. Applications are also welcome from candidates with other expertise of hydrodynamics, oceanography (physical, dynamical) and / or marine science are welcomed.

REQUIREMENTS:
· M.S. in Environmental or Civil Engineering
· Excellence in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite.
· Chinese language capabilities are an advantage.

More experienced candidates may be considered for the role of Senior Consultant.
