Job Summary:

Will assist in all functions of Business Development Department and in hotel supply network. In addition, the individual is required to support acquisition, activation and maintenance of hotel relationships, and to coordinate with other departments involved in these activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Review & update content on the clients website, notify the Mkt Manager &/or hotel if there are changes needed, & proceed to manage the implementation
* Resolve any content issues related to missing coordinates, photos, & descriptions
* Support Market Manager to manage supplier accounts, when needed assist with availability and price parity, (although both these responsibilities remain with the Mkt Manager)
* Check the promotions are loaded per hotel, to achieve the business KPIs
* Assist in activation of hotels, involved in the coordination of new hotels with Content & Back Office, & renewal with existing partners
* Visit & talk to hotel clients to develop & maintain the Agoda relationship
* Manage to resolution issues raised by the hotels, including issues which may arise related to UPC, pricing, vouchers, notification, cancellations, etc.
* Participate in market research as required
* Prepare reports as necessary
* Sponsor a team working environment, and assist and support peers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Very good command in both written and spoken English.
* Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
* Computer skills required, including MS Office applications, web based applications
* Good negotiation skills are a requirement of this position
* Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
