Compensation and Benefits Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Libis, Quezon City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handles SSS processing for employees
* Maintains and updates benefit availment record of employees (e.g. Maternity, Sickness, Loans and other medical benefits)
* Attends to employee inquiries regarding Compensation and Benefits concerns
* Performs Clinic management for all sites (monitoring of medicines and doctors/nurses salaries)
* Handles home credit processing

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Excel Proficiency (Intermediate).
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Good command of the English language (both oral and written)
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or equivalent.
* Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
