In line with our continued growth and expansion, CTP Holdings Pte Ltd, our oil palm plantation business invites suitably qualified candidates for the following roles.

Role:

The incumbent is responsible to review the current Vehicle Workshop (VWS) parts stock coding systems for all 5 locations, reconcile and refine all VWS stock into standard group coding system. Key areas of responsibilities are

* Collect and collate all VWS part order and purchase history into a single list
* Ensure proposed group standard stock coding / naming system fulfils requirements
* Rename and reconfigure all existing parts into standard formats
* Visit each location to embed and train on new system, help with reconfiguration of stores and numbering of existing parts in each store
* Advise and make necessary changes required following site visits
* Control all part numbering and naming for 2 month period after successful completion of project to ensure continuity of standardization

This is a mid-level position reporting to the Director of Agriculture and based in Singapore.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience on vehicle parts handling and stock control systems. Preferably through major parts trader or manufacturer
* High level of computer skills in Database and Excel
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to make extensive travel to remote areas in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea
* Proficiency in English
